I guess the best I could suggest is for you to go light for now. Eat healthy on the week days and let yourself splurge on the weekend. Then maybe take walks with your kiddos once a day.....

Ok im starting my diet AGAIN tomorrow! I want to log what i eat and my progress as well as the excercises i do so maybe i will bore you people with a daily post of said info!!! pig

Eat the kids just don't over do it, young children tend to go straight to the hips. Work off the calories from them by walking to Afghanistan to see your hubby. Use school as your relax time lol

Really its so hard for me anyways to find a diet that works and be able to stick with it! I wanna lose weight so badly but between being a mom of five with a deployed husband, going to school, and all the things i need to do around the house i feel like i don't have time to excercise and when i do have the time im so exhausted i don't wanna do anything orrrrrrrrrrrrrrr i just wanna relax because im going 90 to nothing most of the time! any suggestions anyone???
