Really its so hard for me anyways to find a diet that works and be able to stick with it! I wanna lose weight so badly but between being a mom of five with a deployed husband, going to school, and all the things i need to do around the house i feel like i don't have time to excercise and when i do have the time im so exhausted i don't wanna do anything orrrrrrrrrrrrrrr i just wanna relax because im going 90 to nothing most of the time! any suggestions anyone???
